Join us for an evening tasting Bailies' current microlot lineup, designed to give a snapshot of how they sources coffee and works directly with producers.
We’ll cup a range of coffees together, unpacking origin, processing, and producer relationships—while playing with variables like grind size, water, and freshness to see how flavour shifts.
We’ll then take one coffee from the table and explore it on espresso—tasting how it transforms across different preparations, or inviting you to build your own signature drink.
Curious, hands‑on, and welcoming—no prior cupping experience needed.
