In one day, in one room, the Storage Moguls team takes a real self-storage deal through every step. We find it, underwrite it with real numbers, and hear how it gets financed from a live SBA lender. Then everyone gets on a bus, drives to an operating facility, and walks it with the people who run it. Back at the hotel we cover negotiating, closing, and what owning one of these actually looks like day to day. We finish with hors d'oeuvres, a cocktail hour, and an expert panel that takes your questions.
This is not a seminar about why storage is a good asset class. It is a working session where you see the whole path once, start to finish, with practitioners who are doing deals right now.
