Whether you’re looking to kick anxiety to the curb or simply want more peace and joy, this class is here to help you shine brightly, inside and out.

This class also serves as a welcoming introduction to the How of Happy program. What you experience here are the foundational building blocks you’ll continue to explore more deeply in our ongoing Sunday gatherings from 5:30–7:30pm. How of Happy teaches emotional intelligence, applied neuroscience, and mindfulness in a way that’s practical, relatable, and immediately usable. It’s the science of connection (with yourself, with others, and with life) and the art of being fully, beautifully human.

About Your Guide:

Tisse Mallon is a quirky queer with over 20 years of experience teaching the inner work for peace, empowerment, and joy. As Director of The Urban Ashram, Tisse curates programming that supports nervous-system care, presence, and meaningful gathering.
