In an effort to help the people of Sunderland quit smoking for good, the Beacon of Light will host new Stop Smoking Workshops in partnership with Sunderland City Council. The three-month initiative is designed to support individuals on their journey to quit smoking, these workshops will take place twice a week and form part of the Foundation of Light's continued commitment to improving community health and well-being.
Workshop details:
45 minutes of discussion and support, followed by health and fitness activities. The workshops will run at the following times:
