About the workshop:

Less than 5% of people who negotiate for a living have been trained in negotiating skills.

The purpose of this session is to inspire you to learn the basic skills which will lead to better outcomes more of the time.

I introduce the process-driven approach to negotiating and teach the importance of preparation and the development of a tactical plan.

After attending, you won't ever do your team meeting in the client's car park before you go in!


About :

Professor Malcolm Smith combines extensive academic and corporate experience. With 35 years in corporate life, including a decade as CEO of a $1 billion international business, he has worked globally in both the East and West. Transitioning into Private Equity, he spent over 10 years in Venture Capital as an investor and non-executive director. He also contributes to MBA programs at Alliance Manchester Business School (AMBS) and teaches executive education courses in negotiation at AMBS, London Business School, and Harvard.
