Stop Self-Sabotaging Your Goals: A Founder's Workshop
About this Event
Know what to do, but can't seem to do it? You're not lazy — your system is working exactly as designed.
Anti-Sabotage Systems is a hands-on workshop for founders, creators, operators, and high-agency professionals who can generate plans faster than they can execute them. If you've ever caught yourself "researching" instead of shipping, perfecting instead of launching, or organizing instead of doing the actual work — this session is built for you.
Led by coach Nico of Here Be Dragons Coaching, you'll learn to treat avoidance, perfectionism, and procrastination not as character flaws, but as a protective system that can be diagnosed and redesigned — without shame.
What you'll walk away with:
- A one-page Resistance Map — your goal, where it gets stuck, and why
- A Purpose Audit — separating what moves the needle from what only feels productive
- A behaviorally specific 7-Day 1% Improvement Plan with if/then plans for when obstacles hit
- A guided Future-Self visualization to make follow-through feel real, not abstract
- A lightweight measurement loop so you can track progress without perfectionism
Format: Interactive — writing, paired diagnostics, and small-group breakouts. No lectures, no judgment, no "just try harder."
Who it's for: Founders, creators, operators, and entrepreneurs who already know what to do, but keep not doing it. No prior coaching experience needed.
Bonus: Office hours will be available the week of the workshop for participants who want to dig deeper into their specific challenges 1:1 with Nico.
Your facilitator: Nico Yardas is a certified coach (Kingstown College) with 15 years of experience helping people — especially those with ADHD/ADD — pay attention to what matters most. He draws on Jungian psychology, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness practice to help high-achievers move from analysis to action. Learn more at herebedragonscoaching.com.
Ground rules: No self-shaming. Confidentiality. Voluntary sharing — bring a goal you're comfortable discussing, low-stakes is fine.
What to bring: A laptop or notebook, and one real goal you keep meaning to tackle but haven't.
