About this Event

This is a 2-part workshop series: Part 1 meets virtually on June 30, and Part 2 meets in person at Impact Hub Baltimore on July 11.

Tired of creating flyers, posting online, and hoping people show up?

Stop Posting and Hoping is a practical visibility workshop for founders, organizers, creatives, vendors, and community-led businesses who want better turnout for their events, workshops, pop-ups, launches, and activations.

This two-part workshop will help you move from scattered promotion to intentional visibility. You’ll learn how to clarify your event message, identify the right audience, create stronger invitations, build community partner support, and map out a simple 2-week promotion plan that feels doable.

The virtual strategy session will focus on clarity, messaging, and your visibility plan.

The in-person build session at Impact Hub Baltimore will help you build your actual campaign materials, outreach list, and next steps.

You’ll leave with a clear event promise, a simple promo plan, outreach language, and a better understanding of how to move people from “that sounds cool” to “I’m coming.”

This is not about posting more.
It’s about promoting with more clarity, confidence, and intention.
