Stop Motion Animation Camp for kids is a great way to learn about the filmmaking process and have fun at the same time. Campers will learn how to write, direct, shoot, and edit their own films. Besides learning the technical aspects of filmmaking, campers will also develop their creativity and storytelling skills. Animation Camp is a great way to make new friends, learn new skills, and have a summer full of adventure.
Open to ages 8 - 17 years old.
This action-packed week will be an epic adventure in filmmaking, where campers will:
- Create 3-D characters with armatures and props.
- Become a Movie Animator: Learn the basics of filmmaking, from storyboarding and scripting to filming and editing.
- Act, Direct, and Produce: Unleash their inner star power by acting in scenes, directing their peers, and collaborating on productions.
- Master the Tools: Get hands-on with cameras, sound equipment, and editing skills to bring their stories to life.
- Special Effects Extravaganza: Learn basic green screen techniques and explore the world of movie magic!
