The time has come to start making sense in the fight against climate change. Local environmental nonprofit One Atmosphere is leading the charge. HUSHconcerts is helping raise funds and open minds by collaborating on a unique outdoor movie/music experience on Friday September 26. Join us in Sue Bierman Park (across from the Ferry Building) for the seminal Talking Heads movie STOP MAKING SENSE, plus Talking Heads Tribute DJ Set by Motion Potion - all with the immersive audio of HUSHconcerts' exclusive HUSHglow headphones.
The entire event will run on green-powered generators and be Climatepalooza Certified - proving that climate-friendly event production is fully within our means.
Silent disco to start at 6:00PM for the Talking Heads DJ set, with Stop Making Sense - 'the greatest concert film of all time' - playing at sundown (7:30PM). The unique Talking Heads DJ Set has been crafted over the past decade by Bay Area legend Motion Potion and only heard at festivals like Outside Lands, Bonnaroo, Bottlerock and Electric Forest. It features musical rarities and remixes by the Talking Heads and all of their offshoots, iterations, influences and imitators.
