On Monday, September 30, join the Center for Culinary Culture—Home of The Cocktail Collection & EatsDrinksTV in welcoming Flor de Caña Rum Global Brand Ambassador Luís Báez to Lost Property Vinyl Bar, just off the iconic corner of Hollywood & Vine, for an expert lesson in—and expert-guided tasting of—Nicaraguan rum. Guests will enjoy a colorful and unforgettable evening of fine rum—including the brand's Luxury and Ultra Premium expressions—three innovative cocktails, and a buffet of light bites courtesy Flor de Caña, Drinkmaster Rhino Williams, and Melissa's Produce, plus the opportunity to bid on and take home what they taste during a SILENT BOTTLE AUCTION benefiting the nonprofit Center for Culinary Culture!

Luís Báez has served as Flor de Caña Nicaraguan Rum's Global Ambassador for five years and currently leads the brand's advocacy department. He spent 10 years working in the entertainment industry before he joined Flor de Caña where his role allows him to work in both of his passions communications and marketing. He travels the world sharing the story of Flor de Caña with rum enthusiasts, highlighting the brand's history since 1890, its dedication to quality and expert craftsmanship, and its commitment to sustainable practices.
