Stoop Kid is het jangly indie rock project van Diestenaar Jens Rubens. Twee jaar na de release van z’n tweede full album Mount Coupe, is hij helemaal terug met de release van z’n gloednieuwe single ‘In Knot We Trust’. Terwijl hij toen nog koos voor een professionele studio, dook hij nu opnieuw z’n DIY home studio in om alles zelf op te nemen en te mixen. Dit resulteerde in een simpele zomerse indie rock song om even mee in die eerste
lentezon te gaan zitten. Een anthem voor diegene wiens leven wat te snel gaat.
Stoop Kid’s gloednieuwe derde album verschijnt in februari ’26 op On The Level.
