Stonewood Wedding Showcase – Vendor Booth Registration
Saturday, February 6, 2027 | 10 AM–2 PM
We’re inviting talented local wedding professionals to join us for the Stonewood Wedding Showcase! This is a great opportunity to connect directly with engaged couples, showcase your services, and help inspire couples as they plan their wedding day.
The public event will take place on Saturday, February 6, 2027, from 10 AM–2 PM at Stonewood. Couples will have the opportunity to tour the venue, meet local wedding vendors, gather inspiration, and connect with professionals who can help bring their wedding vision to life.
Vendor Booth Information
Each vendor registration includes:
- 10' x 10' vendor space
- 1 table with linen
- 2 chairs
- Opportunity to meet and interact with engaged couples attending the showcase
Booth Pricing:
- Non-Electric Booth: $50
- Electric Booth: $60
If you require electricity for your booth, please select the electric booth option during registration. Vendors are responsible for providing any additional equipment, displays, signage, décor, extension cords, or other materials needed for their booth beyond what is included above.
Vendor Setup
Vendors may begin setting up as early as 7:00 AM on Saturday, February 6.
If there is no event scheduled at Stonewood on Friday, February 5, vendors may also have the option to set up during regular business hours on Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Friday setup availability will be dependent on the venue schedule and will be confirmed prior to the event.
Please plan to have your booth fully set up and ready to welcome guests by 10:00 AM.
