These stoneware concentric planters are new and sure to be a big hit! This isn't some store bought finished piece you're going to see on your neighbors porch. This is one you're going to custom paint however you wish, a unique one of a kind conversation piece! These planters are over 8" in diameter with a hole in the center (like angel food cake pan) where you can add a candle or other item.Bringing a friend? Buy 3 with the Trio and save $15!
Stoneware is a mid-fire clay. We fire these at just over 2,200 degrees which makes them fully non-porous and vitrified. Great for putting out on your patio as they can take any weather the Midwest throws at them.
Sign up early as space is limited for all stoneware workshops.
Then just show up and we'll go over stoneware glazes, color combinations and how these glazes work. All paints, glaze included in the price-nothing due when you arrive.
You'll leave the planter with us. We'll sand any excess glaze off the bottom, prep them for the kiln. Then we'll fire them up and let you know when they're out and ready for you to welcome Spring with your one of a kind planter.
Workshop is Sunday, March 29th from 12 pm until 1:30 pm. (we are open until 5 so no rush to get it done by 1:30).
