Stoneware Glazing: Seashores
During this 3-hour workshop, you’ll learn layering and glazing techniques that create the soft transitions, flowing movement, and organic textures often seen in coastal landscapes. Whether you envision calm turquoise waters, frothy white surf, or dramatic ocean blues, you’ll be guided step-by-step through the process of bringing your seaside inspiration to life.
No previous glazing experience is required. This workshop is perfect for beginners as well as experienced potters who want to explore new stoneware glazing techniques. Choose from a variety of stoneware mugs, bowls, cups, and other functional pieces, then create up to four unique works of art.
Your finished stoneware pieces will be fired in our kiln and will be durable, microwave safe, dishwasher safe, and perfect for everyday use. Create a beautiful set for your home, a meaningful handmade gift, or simply enjoy an afternoon of creativity inspired by the coast.
