Stonecrest Mall Small Business Vendor Market

The Mall At Stonecrest is now accepting vendor applications for its vendor market on November 18th - 19th. This is an indoor event. Family-friendly vendors only. No adult toys, cannabis, etc. No hot food vendors. Contact us before registering if you have pre-packaged foods. Break Down Time: 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Set Up Time: 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Event Time: 12:00 am - 6:00 pm

Break Down Time: 6:00 pm -7:00 pm

Fee Includes:

(1) 8x8 Table (Additional tables are available for $50 each) Mall management would like for all tables to look uniform. Therefore they do not allow vendors to bring in their own tables. Extra tables must be purchased at a rate of $50 per 8ft table.

Important Information:

• All vendors must have a 1M/2M general liability insurance in order to vend. It is a mall requirement. If you don't have a general liability policy, one must be purchased prior to the start of the event. Proof of insurance is required. Single event coverage can be purchased for as low as $49. If you plan to participate in our small business expo regularly, monthly/yearly liability coverage is recommended.

YOU MUST ADD "THE TAKEOFF NETWORK LLC" ONTO YOUR INSURANCE POLICY AN ADDITIONAL INSURED PARTY. YOUR CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE MUST SAY "THE TAKEOFF NETWORK LLC" ON IT IN ADDITION TO YOUR BUSINESS INFORMATION. THIS IS A COMMON PRACTICE AND THE INSURANCE CARRIER YOU CHOOSE WILL KNOW HOW TO HANDLE IT.

• This is a 2-day event.

• (1) 8-foot table, linen, and (2) chairs are included. Additional tables are available for $50 each.

• Vendors are not allowed to bring additional tables. Mall management would like for all tables to look uniform. Therefore they do not allow vendors to bring in their own tables. Extra tables must be purchased at a rate of $50 per 8ft table.

• Vendors are NOT allowed to leave the event early per mall management. A $100 deposit via cash or CashApp is required upon arrival and will be given back at the conslusion of the event. If you leave early, your desposit will not be refunded.

• Electricity availability is not guaranteed.

• All vendors must provide their own equipment outside of a table for their footprint.

• To facilitate vendor diversity, only 2 of each type of vendor will be allowed. For example, there will only be 2 handmade jewelry vendors, etc.

• Vendors are allowed up to 4 staff members for their footprint.

• Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their space and throwing away any trash after the event. Space must be returned in the same condition it was rendered.
