Stone the Roses are bringing the Madchester sound to Marrickville following their superb debut show in Sydney. We're bringing a collection of Roses classics from both the first and second albums, and looking forward to another huge night of classic indie rock at 185 Bar. We'll be playing bona fide classics like Fools Gold, Waterfall and I Wanna Be Adored as part of a faithful tribute to one of Manchesters' greatest bands.Opening the night will be Long Way South who are a band of Sydney-based ex-pat Brits who only know how to play stonking UK anthems. Think Britpop and Indie and you’ll be very close. They’ve been doing that for quite a while now and are a great live outfit.
