Residents are warmly invited to join us at Stone Recreation Ground on Sunday 9th November, 2025 for this year’s Remembrance Service and Parade.
We will gather from 2:30pm outside Lizzie’s Café, with the parade beginning at 2:45pm and the service commencing at the Memorial at 3:00pm.
This year marks the first Remembrance held since the completion of significant improvement works at the Recreation Ground, including the creation of a new path network. The parade will follow a new route down to the Memorial garden, which has been upgraded, providing a fitting setting for our community to come together in remembrance.
After the service, Lizzie’s Café will be open with refreshments available to buy, giving everyone a chance to pause and connect with friends and neighbours.
We hope parish residents will join us for what is always a moving and important occasion to remember and reflect.
Please use the London Road entrance to access the car park at the top of the drive as the Stone Pavilion car park will not be available for this event.
