RSVP to Kathryn by DM or comments—I need to know sketcher-head-count and also if you are or are not staying for lunch. Lunch is not required.
Enjoy the welcoming Stone Brewery for a morning of sketching their phenomenal garden.
Restaurant service starts at 11 am but we can start sketching at 10 am.
Please don’t enter before 10 am.
We will enter just north of the main entrance, gathering in the parking lot until 10 am. They might be locking the gate again around 10:20-ish until they open to the public.
We will sketch in the lower garden, down the garden stairs, keeping the tables apart to make it easier for the servers to accommodate us.
About bringing chairs: Check Back: you most likely won’t need them unless you choose to sketch away from the tables provided. However, please check back here before the event in case we are placed in the lowest garden across the bridge, where there are few chairs—if a paying party is booked we will be painting there.
You will be RSVPing for two parts—if you are coming to sketch and/or staying for lunch (to Kathryn DM or comments) from now until October 30, so the restaurant can properly staff our event. You are welcome to bring non-USk, as long as they rsvp.
If you decide to come last minute—don’t hesitate to attend!
