We are welcomed back to Stone Brewery for a morning of sketching their spectacular garden. You can stay for lunch, but it’s not required. We are taking advantage of sketching here before they, sadly, close in November.
Service starts at 11 am but we will be sketching starting at 10 am.
Please don’t enter before 10 am.
We will enter just north of the main entrance. We’ll wait in the parking lot until 10 am. They will be locking the gate again around 10:15-ish as the restaurant isn’t open to the public until 11 am. Aren’t we lucky that they let us in early.
Summertime in Escondido: you can bring misters, spray bottles or mini-fans to keep cool.
We will sketch in the lower garden, keeping the tables apart to make it easier for the servers to accommodate us. You won’t need your chairs unless you choose to sketch away from the tables provided.
You will be RSVPing--if you are coming to sketch and/or staying for lunch--to Kathryn from now until July 22nd so the restaurant can properly staff our event.
