About this Event
Enjoy a leisurely weekend bike ride with Councillor Gower and fellow Stittsville residents. Together we'll take a scenic, quiet 5.5 km route through Stittsville.
Date: Sunday, June 28
Arrive: 9:45 a.m. for a group photo and instructions
Departure: 10:00 a.m. sharp from CARDELREC (1500 Shea Road)

Recommendations for participants:
• Bring a bottle of water for hydration
• For people over 18 years of age, the use of a helmet and safety protection is recommended, for those under 18 years of age, helmet use is mandatory
• Wear sunscreen
• Eat a healthy, balanced meal before the event
• Wear comfortable clothes and shoes
• Make sure your bike is ready for the trail
