Join us as we embark on the journey of putting yourself back together after soul loss. Teotl Tonalli & Silvermoon Medicyn are both skilled teachers with a long history of healing.
We will support you and guide you to a place of beginning or building the role of self care in healing.
Soul Stitchert is a metaphor for healing. It conveys the process of healing and rebuilding oneself after a traumatic or emotionally cha)enging experience.
This class is for those that are ready to move from the wounded stage to the process of mending oneself.
This is not to replace therapy from a licensed therapist.
This class will simulate the image of stitching together torn pieces of a Soul by offering such topics as:
Understanding Soul loss, acknowledgement of the loss, finding the pieces lost or damaged, mending carefully and kindly, creating the new you, rewriting your story, types of healing and tools to support the healing process.
