Hey Mom Scouts! We will meet in the Conference Room at the Cedar Rapids Public Library to hang out, bring your own craft to work on and earn a badge.
Cost is $5 for a badge to reserve your spot. Limit is 15 Mom Scouts for the event. Venmo $5 to kristen-mead-5
You can drop in anytime during the 5:30-7pm time!
Mom Scouts was created here in Cedar Rapids by Kristen Mead of Baby Time as a way to connect Moms with other Moms outside of the playgroup type setting. Each event is uniquely designed to learn something new and push ourselves out of our normal day-to-day. We were all our own individual before we started having children, so let's find those parts of ourselves again!
Mom Scouts is open to moms of any age, with any age of children as well as those with "mom or nurturing energy" who tend to be the primary caregivers at home. We are an LGBTQIA+ affirming space.
