“STRINGS OF FIRE” featuring the legendary Veena maestro Rajhesh Vaidhya & team.Rajhesh Vaidhya is a renowned Indian veena player celebrated for both his stage performances and his work with prominent film composers. He won the 2010 Kalaimamani award for his exceptional veena playing and has made notable contributions to film and television, including acting in the movie Viswa Thulasi and the tele-serial Premi on Sun TV. In addition to his performance career, Vaidhya has composed music for several albums and served as the music director for the film Vegam, directed by S. Ve. Shekher. His collaborations include work with renowned composers such as Vidyasagar, Harris Jayaraj, Bharathwaj, Deva, Devi Sri Prasad, Srikanth Deva, Isaignani Ilaiyaraaja, and A. R. Rahman. He also composed the music for K. Balachander's television series Sahana and contributed to the Songs Around The World album by Playing for Change in 2008. Vaidhya has performed with notable artists like Sir Elton John and is known for his innovative use of electric and amplified veena strings.
