This private, guided experience is designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect without leaving the city.

Led by licensed clinician Dr. Benita Thornhill, this experience is designed to help you reset, ground, and reconnect. Her work spans clinical, community, and corporate settings, guiding wellness and meditation-based experiences across Virginia and Texas.

This small group experience combines guided meditation with a curated succulent planting experience, designed to help you reset, ground, and reconnect.

This is a space where nothing is required of you, just your presence.

Held in a private boardroom in Virginia Beach Town Center, this session offers a quiet, structured pause in the middle of a full environment.

We begin with stillness. We end with something you can take with you.
