Stillah Sound Bath in the Yoga Room at Global Fitness

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is stop.
Join me for an evening sound bath at Global Fitness. A chance to lie down, let go, and give your nervous system a genuine rest.
The session begins with a short tapping meditation to help you settle, followed by a sound journey using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gong, Koshi chimes, rain stick, ocean drum, and more. Afterward, we will take time to slowly return and integrate over a cup of tea.
No experience needed. No effort required. Simply arrive, lie down, and receive.
People often leave feeling deeply rested, calm, and clear.
I hope to see you there. 🪷
