Still Standing: Educator Burnout Workshop

Burnout is a process, not an event and this workshop gives educators the stages, the science, and the tools to intervene before they reach the bottom.

Participants will practice free hands-on, zero - cost recovery tools that can be used during a school day without equipment, extra time, or money. The goal of this workshop is to go into the summer with an intentional plan to rest and reset and be ready to come back strong!

The workshop closes with a Peer Support Commitment, a simple accountability structure backed by the strongest finding in educator wellbeing research.
