About this Event

Come and move your body, Mama — little ones welcome in the buggy.

An easy-going, peer-led social run open to mums with little ones from tiny-tiny up to “just about still fitting in the buggy.”

What to expect:

  • Around 5k at a conversational pace, but sometimes we keep going if the mood takes us.
  • We will be there to warm up from 9:15ish
  • Mixed levels: go slower, go faster, stop if you need to...it’s completely up to you
  • Run and chat or just come along for the company and pop your headphones in and do your own thing
  • Coffee and cake after if we fancy it, or head off if we’ve had enough.
  • If your little one naps, great! If they’re not feeling it and you need to stop, then go for it. Do what's best for you.
  • We run in different locations (Sutcliffe Park, Avery Hill Park, Greenwich Park...) to keep things interesting!
  • ... and unless it’s absolutely pouring down, we’re usually out there (dont forget rain cover for the buggy!).
  • Depending on location, parking may be free or paid. Sutcliff has both option: free off-street parking or paid at Sutcliffe Park Sports Centre Car Park.

Sometimes it’s just easier to keep moving when you’re not doing it alone.

Come and join us, buggy and all!
