Beginner friendly still life drawing classes for adults held Monthly. Every first Saturday at Eden Blue Centre, Old Town, Eastbourne and every first Tuesday at St Elisabeth's Church, Old Town, Eastbourne.

Looking to try and squeeze in more time to do something creative?

Come be inspired by everyday day objects! Working from a different still-life arrangement each month, styled to be filled with interesting shapes and textures, you will learn mark-making and drawing techniques, have fun in a friendly and relaxed environment experimenting with different mediums all while improving your observation skills. I'll be in hand to offer gentle guidance if needed and help you create an amazing piece of artwork.

Whether you are a complete beginner looking to try something new, looking to do something mindful and get into a creative flow or an artist trying to find more time for your creative practice, join my warm and welcoming still life art sessions. No experience is necessary I believe anyone can draw, and anyone can create. These sessions will help you build confidence and learn new skills.

What's included?

A selection of art materials and different papers are included. But please feel free to bring your sketchbook and whatever medium you enjoy working with if you prefer. Refreshments are also available.

Still Life Drawing Eastbourne is run by Helen Baker an Artist and Art Tutor and was established in 2023. Running Still Life Drawing sessions, creative workshops, sip and draw events plus creative arty parties.
