Join the Grand Rapids, Mi Chapter of Still I Run: Runners for Mental Health for a supportive and empowering group run/walk where movement meets mental health.Whether you are new to running, rediscovering your pace, or just looking for connection - you are welcome here.
What to Expect:
- A relaxed, no-pressure run or walk.
- All paces and levels welcome.
- A chance to connect with others who care about mental health.
- Movement that supports your mind and body.
We will meet on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 6:30pm at Pinery Park.
Meet behind the log cabin at the "Pinery Park" entrance across from the Wyoming Police Department.
Pinery Park has a paved path/loop that is 1 mile.
Still I Run is a national nonprofit that uses running as a tool to break the stigma around mental health. Our Grand Rapids Chapter meets regularly to move together and support one another in a safe, welcoming space.
