This conversational workshop invites you to explore the shift from a mindset of scarcity to one of abundance — drawing on the richness already within and around you and the possibilities of what could happen if we deliberately choose to nurture and expand what is already growing and thriving, rather than being consumed by what feels lacking.

Roxana Cardiel, a licensed Heal Your Life Trainer and the Northern Arizona Interfaith Council’s broad-based organizer, is a passionate guide for transformation and community renewal. As she completes her graduate degree in Sustainable Communities at Northern Arizona University, Roxana continues to inspire others to heal, grow, and step into their highest potential. She believes that when we transform our inner lives, we help create a more compassionate, connected, and just world. Through her work, Roxana invites others to begin that journey within themselves—and to let that healing ripple outward in powerful and lasting ways.
Coral Evans, who holds a PhD in Sustainability Education, is a social entrepreneur, civic connector, and community catalyst dedicated to building stronger, more connected communities. Through storytelling and meaningful conversation, she bridges people, neighborhoods, and institutions to spark collaboration and cultivate commUnity. With a deep commitment to equity and engagement, Coral champions initiatives that amplify local voices, strengthen civic infrastructure, and honor the soul of community. Her work blends strategic vision with heartfelt storytelling, always centering collaboration, resilience, and the enduring power of place.
