Stick Yoga
“Stick Yoga” is a class designed to stretch, massage and balance the body with a long wooden stick. The wooden stick also serves as an extension of our body to reunite us and root us to the ground. The stick allows us to explore our space and physical boundaries to remind ourselves of individual sovereignty and our right as humans to protect the physical self.
