Stevensons Creek Cleanup

It's that time of year again! Keep Pinellas Beautiful is partnering with the Ocean Conservancy to host the 2024 International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) with events taking place between September 1st and October 31st throughout Pinellas County. This annual event brings together volunteers in coastal regions to collect, count, and document the trash they find, acting as citizen scientists all over the world.

Join Keep Pinellas Beautiful and the City of Clearwater for this year's ICC at Stevenson Creek! Volunteers will focus on cleaning the mangrove shoreline and surrounding neighborhood streets. Feel free to bring your own kayak or paddleboard!

WHERE TO MEET: We will meet at the Clearwater Shuffleboard Club - 1020 Calumet St, Clearwater, FL 33755

TIME: Cleanup will begin at 9:00 AM. Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in.

WHAT TO WEAR: Volunteers should wear closed toe shoes, sun protection, and weather appropriate clothing.

WHAT TO EXPECT: All cleanup supplies will be provided by Keep Pinellas Beautiful. A water refill station will be available, please bring a reusable water bottle.

PARKING: Free parking is available onsite
