Steven Page, who co-founded the band Barenaked Ladies, released “Excelsior” in September 2022 which was followed by tours of the US, UK and Canada, including an opening slot for The Who. His new album’s title is taken from the New York State motto. Steven Page was born in Scarborough, Ont., Canada but has lived near Syracuse, NY for over 10 years. He was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 2018. At the start of the pandemic, Steven began a wildly successful virtual concert series, Live from Home, which kept him engaged with fans and allowed him to workshop a new group of songs – some of which were featured on “Excelsior”. The Live from Home shows continue to this day (when Steven’s not on the road) he’s just performed his 102nd show!
