With Catharse-is, Steven Ogg has created an Ogg-mented reality of many cathartic moments we experience in life. In sharing these, Ogg believes it can help us feel less alone and begin the healing process as it did for him throughout this journey. Marcel Proust wrote that, "ideas come to us as the successors to griefs, and griefs, at the moment when they change into ideas, lose some part of their power to injure the heart". Ogg hopes that this book provides the opportunity to support us all in moving forward with hope and a little less pain in our hearts. Read aloud for further enjoyment.

Steven Ogg currently appears in BBC’s new critically acclaimed TV show BOILING POINT, based on the hit film starring Stephen Graham. Steven is best known for playing Simon in AMC’s THE WALKING DEAD, Rebus in HBO’s WESTWORLD, Sobchak in another AMC hit, BETTER CALL SAUL, Pike in TNT’s SNOWPIERCER, and he also played Captain Howard in Apple TV’s movie EMANCIPATION. Steven has a global notoriety for his role as Trevor in the video game GTA V. In 2022-2023, Steven has had a variety of roles in many forthcoming Indie features including BLIND RIVER, DARK MATCH, HAZARD, THE DRESDEN SUN, THE GHOST TRAP, SCARED SH**LESS, and most recently wrapped CONCESSIONS. Steven grew up doing theatre in his hometown of Alberta, Canada before traveling to study in Europe and NYC, where he resided for 20 years before relocating to sunny South Pasadena, California. His poetry collection, CATHARSE-IS, will debut in 2024 by the UK-based publisher Pegasus, and he is collaborating on a theatrical production in Ireland.
