Our March speaker is Steve Dunstan from Australia, speaking on the Dendrobium section Latourea. His presentation will cover:

Steve Dunstan is a passionate orchid hobbyist grower, shower and breeder from Sub Tropical Norah Head on the NSW Australian coast, about 1.5 hours North of Sydney Airport. Norah Head lies between the Pacific Ocean and Tuggerah lake, and has ideal orchid growing conditions. Steve has been growing orchids for 40+ years. His passion is growing all Australian and Australasian native orchid Species and Hybrids, but mainly specializes in Australian native Cymbidiums, Australian and Australasian Dendrocoryne, Phalaenanthe, Spatulata and Latouria section Dendrobium orchids, and Australian Sarcanthinae orchids. He regularly travels up and down the east coast looking at where Australian species grow in the wild, particularly the rainforests. Steve is an accredited AOC and ANOS Judge (there are 2 judging systems in Australia).
