HOW IT WORKS: Enjoy a pre-party pregame at designated check-in location on The Strip from approximately 7:30PM - 9PM. (Venue and details will be announced closer to the event). After the pre-party, we’ll head over as a group to Hakkasan Nightclub (very short walk), where you will receive FREE, express entry, to ring in the New Year with the legendary Steve Aoki! 

🎟️CHECK-IN: You must check-in at the pre-game to receive entry to the nightclub. This ticket alone is not sufficient for entry to the nightclub. You must check in with crawl and get a venue ticket from our staff. There is no party bus included for this event, as Las Vegas Blvd closes down to all traffic on NYE. We walk as a group from the pre-party to the final event (short walk! )

📝 REFUND POLICY: LA Epic Club Crawls Refunds ONLY until October 31st, 2025.

After that, strict no refund policy. Cancel by December 15th & receive a credit in the amount you paid. After December 15th, no refunds or credits will be given. This event will take place, rain or shine. Refunds will not be given for poor weather.
