In January 2025, I was diagnosed with Motor Neurone disease. My mobility has been rapidly deteriorating since, but my inner strength and positivity remain! On 22nd November 2025, I’m planning to walk from Oxen Cove in Brixham to one of my favourite places, the Berryhead hotel. Although, this time last year, I wouldn’t have thought twice about walking this distance, I’m under no illusion how challenging this is now going to be for me, 10 months on from my diagnosis. I’m hoping to raise as much money as I can for the MNDA who have already been so supportive in my journey and who raise vital funds for ongoing research and support. Please spare anything you can, to make this walk as worthwhile as it can be.
