Program Highlights:

• First Steps Module: Recognize and understand early warning signs of developmental disorders.
• Regional Centers Module: Learn to create effective Individualized Program Plans (IPP).
• IEP Module: Develop successful Individualized Educational Plans (IEP).
• Advocacy Module: Become the best everyday advocate for your child.

Program Purpose:

Elevate awareness among families, particularly in BIPOC communities, about the unique impacts of race, gender, and class on individuals with disabilities. Provide culturally competent education and evidence-based resources to address racial biases in care systems.
