Preventing falls in seniors is crucial to safeguard their overall well-being and independence, as falls can lead to serious injuries, reduced mobility, and a decline in quality of life.The Stepping On fall prevention workshop can help!
Stepping On is a free 7-week workshop proven to reduce falls in older adults. The workshop features strength and balance exercises taught along with other strategies to build confidence and to prevent falls inside and outside the home.
The next workshop will be held Thursdays, May 9-June 20, from 1 to 3 p.m. at MAC.
