Jolene (Main speaker) - BlueTree Education was founded by Jolene and Faith in 2015. Jolene was teaching Science in a GEP school for a decade and taught more than 2000 students over the past 15 years. She is passionate about education and believes that every child has his.her own talents and gifted areas. She devotes her time to guide primary school children in learning Science through meaningful activities and discussions. She aims to be an inspiring and positive educator so her students can be inspired to pursue their dreams and greater things in their lives.

When the founders started Bluetree, their dream was to ensure that every child who learns with them grows into a purposeful and happy learner. They focused on building a school that will impact students positively and they want this positive learning experience to have a long-standing impact on their students.

BlueTree is not just a school that imparts knowledge. They also work very closely with parents to grow their children together with them. They want to care for their students. And owing to their beliefs, they always ensure the best delivery of their lessons with a team of dedicated, engaging and positive teachers. Their curriculum is always reviewed and updated for every batch of students.

Jayce Or (Panelist) - Germinate was seeded out of a vision to make Primary Science education, accessible, energizing and directly relevant to young minds! Driven by the desire to make "Hard Science" become "Heart Science", we actively seek through our lessons, to rekindle the interests of children who have associated Science with rote drilling alone, to engage with Science confidently and competently at a sustainable level that they can relate and enjoy- thereby enabling them to plug into a flourishing Science economy for the near exciting future.

Jayce, is a passionate educator, author, and PSLE Science Strategist, who has the heart for teaching in his core. Affectionately known by parents and students as "Science Dad SG", Jayce is a devoted family man and father of six lovely children (ranging from toddlers to teenagers!).

Claudine Fernandez (Panelist)- Claudine Fernandez is a passionate educator and founder of Artistic Strategies Academy (ASA), an organization that seeks to inspire and motivate children to become motivated and independent leaders of tomorrow. With over 15 years of teaching experience, Claudine is committed to inculcating a love of learning in children and helping them develop into critical thinkers and confident communicators.

Claudine has designed and executed innovative programmes, including the first drama programme for the SM2 China Scholars at the Singapore University of Technology and Design. After graduating with a Master's Degree in Education from Harvard University, she developed writing programmes that encourage students to write original, meaningful narratives, and enrolled them in suitable writing competitions. Under her guidance, students at ASA have won numerous local and international competitions, and have illustrated and written over 30 children's books.

Claudine measures her success not based on profit margins, but on the joy of learning and growth apparent in her students. Her commitment to education has been recognized with three teaching awards, and she has authored four published books, including the popular children's workbook "Every Child's Guide to Write Away!" which has sold over 200 copies.

Claudine's dedication to education and her innovative approach to teaching has impacted the lives of more than 1000 students and trained more than 150 teachers and parents. Throughout her career in education, she has made a significant contribution to the development of young minds and the cultivation of a love for learning.
