Ready to Step It Up for better health? Join us for the Step It Up II Fitness Program! Lace-up your sneakers and walk with us at scenic parks or in your neighborhood.This five month program runs from May through September and you can either participate by walking in person at our designated Prince George's County Parks locations or in your own community by sharing your photos on social media using the hashtags #StepItUpChallenge and #HealthyLiving
Everyone from all ages are invited, families, seniors, teens, young adults, all are welcome!
