Step Into Wellness

Step Into Wellness is a beginner-friendly hip hop step experience designed to help you move your body, build confidence, and connect with community. The 45-minute class is intentionally accessible for all levels and focuses on rhythm, fun, and movement—not perfection.

Following the class, guests will enjoy a relaxed, one-hour seated breakfast-style brunch with a variety of warm breakfast options, fresh fruit, and lighter selections, along with one complimentary mimosa. This post-workout gathering creates space to unwind, refuel, and build genuine connection.

This event is open to adults 21+ who are looking for a fun, supportive way to get active while enjoying intentional time with others. All participants must select the appropriate ticket option at checkout: NEED a board or BRINGING a board. Step boards will be provided only for those who select the NEED a board ticket. Participants bringing their own board must select the BRINGING a board ticket.

Come as you are, move at your own pace, and step into wellness—together.
