Step into the astral with a grounded, beginner-friendly class led by Taylor at Synergy! We’ll cover what astral projection is, where it shows up in history and practice (from Egyptian and Tibetan traditions to modern energy work), why people use it, and how to do it safely. You’ll learn protection and shielding, breathwork, relaxation, and visualization techniques to separate consciousness from the physical body—plus how to navigate and return with clarity. Class includes a guided journey with gentle ambient sounds (like rain), time for Q&A, and post-journey integration tips (journaling, grounding, and aftercare).
Each student receives a charged labradorite for protection and travel support.
Bring water and something comfortable to lay on; all levels welcome.
