Step & Sip: Mother's Day Edition

Join us for a special Mother’s Day edition of Sweat Step by YouFitness, in collaboration with Fabio’s Cafe Co.

Start with a step aerobics class designed to elevate your heart rate, boost your energy, and keep you moving with simple, easy-to-follow choreography.

After class, stay and unwind with a curated coffee experience by Fabio’s Cafe Co. the perfect way to slow down, connect, and celebrate. Indulge in a selection of specialty drinks, from Spanish lattes to maple, vanilla, pistachio brown sugar, and caramel creations, all crafted to your preference and served hot or iced.

Expect a full-body cardio sweat, a welcoming and non-intimidating atmosphere, and a feel-good experience from start to finish.

What to Expect:

• A 50-minute step aerobics class led by Josephine Younes
• Fun, beat-based routines that are beginner-friendly
• A cooldown and stretch
• A post-class coffee experience by Fabio’s Cafe Co included in your ticket
• Time to connect and unwind
