Join us Saturday, July 13 for STEM Saturday: "Terysa Solves It" with Terysa Ridgeway. Local author Terysa Ridgeway will visit the museum to read a selection from her STEM-based book series "Terysa Solves It" and present a related STEM activity. Reading and activity will happen once each hour from 10am to 2pm.Terysa Ridgeway is a computer science professional, former rocket scientist, and technical program manager at Google. Her goal is to inspire children to believe in themselves and their abilities, encouraging them to dream big and pursue their passions. She wants children to feel empowered, curious, and excited about learning through her book series.
STEM Saturday activities are included with regular museum admission and are made possible by a grant from Halliburton.
