Marija Šević performs as a DJ under the alias Stellarcompanion. She is a Serbian-born DJ and visual artist based in Belgrade. Her sets bring bold basslines and bumping, rough-around-the-edge beats into play. She's a regular at Belgrade’s most prominent underground clubs and venues, including 20/44, Drugstore, and the newly opened Karma Koma, where she is a resident DJ.
She has performed at major festivals such as Dekmantel, Exit Festival, and Apgrade Festival in Serbia. Her touring experience includes venues like Sameheads in Berlin, PIP in The Hague, Masters, Peti Kupe, and Sound Factory in Zagreb, as well as Rocket Club in Milan.
Since October 2022, she has been a resident DJ at D59B, a Berlin-Belgrade-based online radio station, where she hosts the monthly show To the Stars. She is also a member of Beyond House, a music collective focused on eclectic electronic music, organizing events across Belgrade.
