About this Event
Whether your organization has a social mission or not, there are strong connections between brand strategy and what is happening in the world right now. Brands have to be clear on their values and decide whether they should take a stance on social, political, environmental and economic issues that shape customer behavior and civic dialog. This is even tougher in an election year, a time of war, and when AI is changing the game. What do marketers need to know to effectively steer their brands in such turbulence? In this timely and thoughtful discussion, AMA Pittsburgh is inviting local experts to weigh in and offer their insights.
Topics will include:
- How should my brand think about social missions, and evaluate whether to take a stand on certain issues?
- What steps can I take now to be prepared for continued turbulence, increased regulations and unforeseen risks?
- How can I drive responsible AI adoption for my brand, to protect reputation, privacy, and ensure a positive impact for my customers, employees and the public?
Our panelists include:
George Potts, Founder and President of Fifth Influence, an agency focused on helping progressive brands, organizations, and issue advocacy groups. George also serves on the board of AAF Pittsburgh (American Advertising Federation).
