Steeped in Stillness Tea Ritual + Rest

Steeped in Stillness is a special Women’s Circle experience co-hosted by Angela Beaver of Sacred Haven Yoga and Christina Boenker at Portal Salon—designed to quiet the nervous system and bring you back into your body with care and intention.We’ll begin by crafting your own botanical herbal tea blend, inviting intuition, ritual, and the wisdom of plants into the space. From there, you’ll be gently guided into restorative yoga, where your body is fully supported and encouraged to soften.As you rest, you’ll receive mini scalp massages during select poses—offering another layer of grounding and nervous system release.We’ll close the evening with a savasana sound immersion, allowing vibration and breath to carry you into deep stillness.
