Join us for a hands-on class designed to build your confidence in both tea preparation and herbal beverage crafting. We’ll explore the basics of true teas — including types, temperature, and steep times — as well as the fundamentals of herbal teas and their medicinal benefits. Then you’ll learn how to make an herbal syrup (tea concentrate) that becomes a delicious, functional base for tonics, refreshers, and mocktails. Together, we’ll create a collaborative class syrup and mix mocktails to enjoy during the workshop. You’ll leave with practical knowledge, recipes, and goodies to continue your beverage-making journey at home.
