Steely Dan vs Eagles Jam at Moonshadow Tavern!

Who will emerge victorious? Will you stab it with your steely knives (but you just can't K*ll the beast), and go with the sophisticated, jazz-infused, perfectionist late-'70s output of Steely Dan? Or will you turn up the Eagles (the neighbors are listening!), and go with Eagles' straight-ahead pop-rooted-in-country-rock-with-occasional-smooth-R&B/Fender Rhodes undertones? Often framed as the two powerhouse 1970s bands as a rivalry of "nerds vs. jocks," representing opposite sides of the California soft-rock spectrum, this show could be a good pairing or a good versus!
